Underground Electric
Since 1998, Kasparian Underground LLC has been installing, maintaining, and repairing underground electrical distribution systems for electric cooperatives, colleges and universities, industrial complexes, and private individuals. Services include dirt and rock trenching, directional boring, installing duct banks and manholes, installing switchgears and transformers, and installing and terminating medium voltage cables.
Dirtwork / Site Preparation
Safety and quality are priorities 1 and 2 when preparing a site for its future purpose. Once those standards are met, productivity and efficiency are essential to lower costs and shorten schedules. We have a fleet of GPS equipment, and a team dedicated to cost tracking to ensure that our performance goals are met.
Wet Utilities
For decades, we've installed a wide variety of pipes in numerous and sometimes challenging soil types. If you are familiar with underground utility installation, then you will also know the safety challenges that come with it. We own and deploy trench shields, man guards and we rent specialty shoring equipment as needed. A 3rd party safety team inspects our jobsites, and all our utility foreman are trained trench safety competent persons. We are also currently using 2 sizes of rock trenchers, which has drastically increased our productivity and lowered our overall costs. We have 5 pipe crews and have the capacity to expand further as market conditions change.
Water Mains
We're currently tackling our biggest water main project yet: 12,000 feet of 24-inch main for the City of Waco. We're also in the business of weaving water mains for new neighborhoods, setting up fire lines around commercial spots, and giving existing infrastructure a facelift.
Sewer Mains
Our most challenging sewer main installation project to date was installing a 48" sewer main in sandy soil conditions at a depth of approximately 20' for Baylor University. This project also required extensive dewatering as the sewer main flowline was below the waterline of the adjacent Brazos River. Typical projects include sewer systems for new subdivisions, sewer services for commercial buildings, and upgrading existing sewer systems for the local municipalities.
Storm Drain
From 8x12 box culverts to roof drain collectors, we've expertly installed a diverse range of storm drain systems.
Site Concrete
Sidewalks, concrete pavement, large headwalls are some of our typical projects for our concrete crews.
Curb and Gutter
Armed with a state-of-the-art GPS curb machine, we've dramatically boosted productivity in curb and gutter installation, delivering precision and speed like never before.
